I often use Remote Desktop or Terminal Service Client to install programs on remote computers. Most of the time, it works pretty well. From time to time, I ran into problems that InstallShield fails with unknown errors. If you ran into similar situation and you don’t know what to do. I’d suggest that you try to install the program either locally or through VNC. This has saves me countless times.
